{Where Are You Guys Located?}

–We are located in Upland, CA.


{Am I Able To Rent Your Vintage Rentals If I Live Out of State?}

–We currently only service southern California. If you desire vintage vault to service you city please let us know.

{How Do I Book You?}

–Fill out our BOOKING FORM and let us know when the event is taking place and which of our services you are interested in. We will contact  you with An estimate & contract. Once you accept the estimate, we will then invoice you for 50% of the total estimate. Once you pay the 50% your date is secured for the services you requested}

{When Can I Expect A Reply After I filled Out Your Form?}  

–We promise to email you back within 1 week.

{How Far In Advance Do I Have To Place My Order?}

 —The earlier the better.

{What Are My Payment Options?} 

 —We are accept major credit cards, paypal, cash or check.

{What Cities Do You Deliver To?}

–From San Diego to Santa Barbara, and maybe a little bit farther.

{Is There A Delivery Charge?}

–yes, and it varies.

{Is There A Minimum Rental Order?}

–for china rentals and Vintage Rentals there is a $500 minimum purchase order.

{Do I have to wash dishes and glasses after I use them?}

–Vintage Vault will wash all vintage china, dinnerware, and glassware free of charge. 

{Can I make changes to my order?}

–Any changes Shall be made before three weeks of the date of your event.

{Is there a cancellation fee?}

–If you cancel items less than 30 days before the date of your event, you will be billed for 50% of the cost of these items, unless we can re-rent them.



{You guys are vintage, but does your photo booth fit in with any other styles?}

–Our booth is designed to fit in with any style of wedding.

{What is an Open Vintage Photo Booth?} 

–The Open Vintage Photo Booth consists of a 7′x10′ backdrop, a vintage chest for props, & our Vintage Photo Booth. The open concept allows for greater number of people in a smaller amount of time to get their pictures taken.

{You guys provide an on-site attendant?}
–Yes, normally two. Their purpose is to ensure everyone understands how to use the photo booth, provide assistance to anyone in need in the photo booth. Ensure quality of photos being taken, straighten up the vintage prop box, and direct traffic in and out of the photo booth.
{What photo booth props do you guys have? Can I bring my own props?}
–If you want to see some of our props, check out our vintage photo booth gallery. You are able to bring your own, however they have to be labeled to differentiate between the  props.
 {Where do you host the photo booth photos?}
We upload all pictures taken in our vintage photo booth onto EVENTS.VINTAGEVAULTWEDDINGS.COM . IT allows for everyone to like them, share them, and use them as their profile pictures.

–Check out our scrapbook design at Our designs are always changing so check in with us to see what yours will look like.
{What does the Downloadable file of Images include?}
–This downloadable file will contain all hi res 4×6 photos taken at the event.
